Not used to... buy flowers since years, this florist is a nice surprise. Very conveniently located at a tram stop in Prague 2, close to local Billa supermarket. Kind English speaking girl welcoming, reasonable prices, nice flowers range, small sitting corner to wait during bouquet making process, nice music sounded. Why just 4 stars? Shop is wide, such a space is left empty, a little bit cold ambience. Something better could have been done.read more

Flowers are... always in good condition and of high quality. The arrangement always looks elegant and sophisticated. On top of it all, they made my room smell good for two weeks!read more

Facts: 1.... Payment up front. No possibility to pay on delivery. Refund or cancellation policy not clear. 2. Delivery window 9.30-12.00.. delivered 11.28 (i live 20 minutes walk from their office) 3. Description of the product states that its treated with care, however, (i am not an expert) I cannot confirm its been taken care of. All flowers are different sizes, colour profiles and lifecycle. Delivery fast Expectations vs Reality (McDonalds style) Attached. So everyone can make a decision if it matches well. Overall: 3/5 Pro's: nice website, easy, intuitive, flowers are nice and not typical "Czech"-style. Cons: payment up front should be backed by PREMIUM flower quality!! If you state - that you CARE - your product really need to be as close as to advertisement.read more

I have... ordered through cool flowers from the United States to deliver to my daughter there in Prague. They have never disappointed. They have always exceeded my expectations. Not only are the flowers absolutely beautiful, but the online service, the easy use of the website for ordering, and the delivery people themselves are all exceptional. The best!... It is absolutely worth it to pay for the quality. I had order a bouquet for ma grandmas birthday and she was literally crying and saying she has never seen such a beautiful bouquet. Bouquet is done with attention of detail, amazing design and high quality flower and flower boxes.read more
