Delivery

• We deliver flowers in Prague and the nearest suburbs (up to 5 km from the city line)
• You can also pick up the order in our store (Safarikova 3/456, Praha 2 Vinohrady), as well as order delivery.
• The delivery service working hours are:  9:30 – 20:30 on weekdays and 10:30 – 15:30 on weekends.
• You can choose any of 5 delivery time slots: 9:00-11:00, 11:00-13:00, 13:00-15:00, 15:00-18:00 and 18:00-20:00. You can also specify the desired exact delivery time, we will do our best to deliver at this time.
• We can deliver your order on the same day when the order is placed until 16:30.

Payment

You can pay for your order in a convenient way.

1. PayPal

When choosing this payment method, you will be on the PayPal page where you will be asked to enter your account information and confirm the payment, after which you will be automatically redirected to our website with confirmation of payment of the order.

2. GoPay

It is a Czech service that allows you to make payments using all types of cards. When using GoPay, you are guaranteed a quick and safe payment, as well as the absence of any commissions. We recommend using this particular payment method.

3. Bank transfer

This type can be used only for residents of the Czech Republic with a valid bank account in a Czech bank. We start execution of your order upon money transfered to our account or upon receipt of payment confirmation from you.
