These terms and conditions are mandatory for all customers making purchases in the online store cool-flowers.cz.

This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Fiore Flowers Ltd (collectively referred to as “Fiore”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy) collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website or otherwise, including any data you may provide when you sign up to our newsletter or purchase a product or service. 

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Registration

We declare that the data provided during registration is used solely for identification purposes when purchasing on cool-flowers.cz and will not be disclosed to third parties or used otherwise. By confirming registration, you agree to receive emails with special offers from cool-flowers.cz in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Sb. (“On Certain Information Society Services”).

Emails with offers and discounts will be sent no more than twice a week, and the size of each email will not exceed 900 KB. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to us at: info@cool-flowers.cz.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION, PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The customer’s order is a proposal for a purchase agreement, and the purchase contract is concluded at the moment of delivery of the seller’s binding consent to this proposal (binding order confirmation by the seller). From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller.

By concluding the purchase agreement, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions, including the complaint conditions, and agree with them. Before making a purchase, the buyer has the opportunity to properly study the terms and conditions as well as the complaint conditions in detail.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part before concluding the purchase agreement in the following cases: the goods are no longer produced or delivered, or the price of the supplied goods has significantly changed. If this occurs, the seller undertakes to promptly contact the buyer to agree on further actions. If the buyer has paid part or the entire purchase price, this amount will be returned to their account, and the purchase agreement will not be concluded.

All orders placed in this store are binding. The order can be canceled before its dispatch. If the order is not canceled before its dispatch and is sent, the customer may be required to cover expenses related to the shipment of goods. Due to the nature of the goods sold (flowers are perishable), order cancellation is possible only if the bouquet has not been assembled by the florist. You will be automatically notified of the order receipt by email.

The order can be canceled 24 hours before the specified delivery time. Cancellation can be made by sending a request via email or by calling +420 775 683 780. To cancel, you need to provide your name, email address, and order number.

The seller is not responsible for incorrectly provided contact details of the recipient, as well as for the recipient’s absence at the delivery location during the agreed time specified in the order.

DELIVERY METHODS

DELIVERY IN PRAGUE AND WITHIN 5 KM FROM PRAGUE

We deliver orders within Prague and up to 5 km beyond the city limits. The date and time slot for delivery can be selected on the checkout page. The recipient must be present at the specified location during the chosen delivery time. If the recipient is absent, the courier may leave the flowers with another person at the delivery address, provided that person confirms receipt.

If the recipient is unavailable and no alternative arrangement has been made, the order will be returned to our store, and additional delivery costs may apply for redelivery.

PICK-UP IN STORE

Orders for pick-up can be collected no earlier than 60 minutes after placing the order on the same day or during the selected time slot. You must receive confirmation from our team before collecting your bouquet.

FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION

We offer a flower subscription service, allowing customers to receive fresh floral arrangements regularly. Subscriptions can be customized based on frequency, style preferences, and budget. REPLACEMENT OF FLOWERS

Considering the seasonality of flowers and their dependence on imports from abroad, the seller reserves the right to replace up to 25% of the flowers in the order relative to the bouquet’s photo displayed on the online store’s website.

If it is necessary to replace more than 25% of the flowers, the seller must promptly contact the buyer to agree on the changes to the order.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

The recipient accepts the goods with their signature, confirming that the goods are received in good condition. If the goods are damaged (e.g., broken flowers), the recipient must inform the seller of the damages by calling the phone number provided on the website at the time of receiving the goods. Later complaints will not be considered.

In the case of obvious damage to the goods, the buyer has the right to their replacement, a price reduction, or the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. However, the seller is not responsible for damages to the goods caused by the recipient.

Orders are processed only after payment is completed. The available payment methods are:

  • Credit/Debit Card via GoPay

  • PayPal with Paypal account or debit/credit card

  • Bank Transfer

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

When paying by credit card, we use a verified 3-D Secure payment gateway protocol, supported by card-issuing associations.

All internal information (passwords, names, transactions) is transmitted in encrypted form. To speed up processing, general information (about each product unit) is not encrypted.
